Monongahela National Forest, The Lower Falls, is 63' feet the second highest in WV. It is one of three falls along the trail. Trail is about three quarters of a mile. It is not uncommon to see black bear in the area. Best time to photograph this fall is on a cloudy day. This day was cloudy with just peeks of sun light.
